My annual inspection was on 3/3/2025 by Jose. He was on time, courteous and professional. He made a recommendation about mold he noted when he opened the unit for inspection. I know there is something in the air inside our home because on occasion both my wife and I have sneezing spells for seemly no reason. I purchased a UV light purifier which he installed. Time will tell if this works. Over all this was pleasant experience since calling Ted's back in 2022 to install our current HVAC unit.

Installers were on time, worked constantly, were courteous, respectful and professional. Carson Tuck appeared to be the lead and tried to make sure we understood how to use the new "Smart" thermostat before they left. It was cold outside but there were no complaints from them. Exceptional young men! We are now ready for the brutally cold weather coming this weekend. Thank you TED's HVAC!!

We needed an outdoor faucet and pipe replaced, Lemmie did a wonderful job talking through the whole process and even went above and beyond to check additional areas that are potentially at risk for breakdown. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to!

In 2023 I chose Ted’s to replace my 16 year old water heater, HVAC system, and had them install a generator interlock kit. I became a Ted’s club member and received additional discounts on both services and equipment. I typically do not leave reviews but because of the excellent service I received, I could not pass up the opportunity to say thank you! It truly was a wonderful customer experience.

We have been using Ted’s for 4 years now. They have always been wonderful and continue to prove this year after year. I had them out today and they found the problem was a blown fuse. They remedied the issue and we got a huge discount because we take part in their maintenance plan. They have 3 tiers and my wife and I choose the premium plan so we never have to worry. But even the basic plan would give peace of mind with their discounts and biannual inspections of the systems every spring and fall.

The guys are so professional and kept me updated throughout the process. The job was not a small one but they took their time and made sure the work was done correctly. Wes, Grant & LJ were wonderful to work with. My family and I are truly appreciative and I definitely recommend Ted’s HVAC.
